I love this project: a riverbed in Amsterdam was drained and the ~700,000 found objects dating from the 1300s to present were photographed and presented online:

😃 Do you have favourite objects from the collection? I really like all those ancient, oversized-yet-intricate keys, so much better than our current day keys!

@peter @ida At the old keys are lovely. It's hard to pick favourites. I enjoyed how the style of everyday objects like spoons changed over the years. I was surprised there was so much cutlery
